How will my tokyobike be delivered?
Your bike will arrive 85% assembled in a secure box. We provide the necessary tools and instructions for final assembly, or you can choose our 'Pro-Build' service to have it delivered fully tuned via a local partner shop.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 14-day return window for all unused bicycles in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do tokyobikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every tokyobike frame and fork is covered by a limited 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Components are covered for one year from the date of purchase.
How do I choose the right frame size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide based on height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer interest-free financing options through Klarna and Affirm for eligible customers.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship directly to customers within the continental United States and select European countries. For other regions, please check our 'Global Stockists' page to find a dealer near you.
